Is setup included?
At Envi Party Rentals, we make sure to only supply the most user friendly products. All of the equipment is easy to set up and comes with detailed instructions. If, however, you feel like you will need assistance, let us know and we can offer a brief training session for an additional $30 so you can feel confident to run the equipment yourself.
Do I need a streaming device or game console?
Yes you do. The best way to connect with our projectors is to bring your own device that is connected to your Wifi. Then all you have to do is plug it in and it will be ready to play! Amazon firestick, Roku, DVD players, and game consoles all work great with our equipment. Please be sure that you are within range of your Wifi.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We can deliver your rented equipment to anywhere on the Saanich peninsula for a $20 charge, or to Victoria for $30. We are located near the airport in North Saanich if you would prefer to pick up for free.
How long is the rental?
When you rent your equipment, its yours overnight, so you don't need to worry about wrapping up the party early. We will arrange with you a time the next day to either drop the equipment off, or have us pick it up.
Do I need Wifi?
If you are using a streaming device such as a Roku or Firestick, you will need to make sure that it is connected to Wifi, whether that be your home Wifi, or a mobile hotspot from your phone. If you are using a DVD player, you will not need Wifi.

Cancellation Policy
Some of our rental items, including bouncy houses and inflatable movie screens are only to be used in fair weather. If you have booked this equipment and the forecast is predicting rain or winds above 10km/hr for movie screens, or 18km/hr for bouncy houses, we will issue a full refund or rain check, no questions asked. If you have to cancel for any other personal reasons, we ask that you give us 7 days notice for a full refund.
